Terms of Service (draft)
Last updated: 2026-09-06 · Draft — pending review by a lawyer before launch.
1. What this service is
This platform gives you AI employees. Everything an AI employee produces — copy, advice, replies to your customers — is a suggestion, not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are responsible for checking what they write and for every decision you make on the back of it.
2. Telling people they are talking to an AI
When an AI employee speaks to your customers or anyone else on your behalf — on Telegram, for example — the platform states at the start of the conversation that they are talking to an AI. This is a fixed part of the service and cannot be switched off. You must not present an AI employee as a human being.
3. What you agree not to do
You will not use the platform to: (a) distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent content; (b) harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; (c) send bulk unsolicited messages; (d) upload material you have no right to use; or (e) work around the platform's security or usage limits. We may suspend or end the service if we find any of this happening.
4. Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third parties, including Anthropic's models and Telegram. We do not promise it will be available all the time, error-free, or uninterrupted. When an AI employee cannot work properly, the platform tells you plainly rather than producing something wrong.
5. Fees and fair use
The service is billed monthly and each plan includes a reasonable amount of work. If you go past it, employees may respond more slowly and we will suggest an upgrade. We will not cut the service off without warning you first.
6. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the dispute arose.
7. Your data
The material you upload and the conversations you have belong to you. We process them only to run the service, and each company's data is stored separately. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms and will give notice of anything significant. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to export or delete your data.
